Hi, I'm Sarah Celik. I'm a drone pilot with a FAA Remote Pilot Certificate. I started my small company, "Aerial Land Services" to provide aerial images and videos for all sorts of applications including land use planning, site analysis, research, education, real estate, marketing, and construction progress.

I bring a rich and varied background in environmental resource management, design and land use planning to my drone business. As a forester in North Carolina, I helped private landowners manage their woodland to meet their objectives, including timber, wildlife, water resource protection, and recreation.

I was trained in ICS (Incident Command System) while working for the North Carolina Division of Forest Resources which was used for fire suppression operations state-wide. I also had a chance to travel to western states on NC crews and coordinate with multiple agencies on fire suppression details.

After completing my Masters in Landscape Architecture at the School of Design within North Carolina State University, I moved to Austin, Texas. My work included designing City Parks, laying out subdivisions, and planning outdoor spaces for the Austin City School District.

After 8 years in Austin, Texas, my family had the wonderful experience of living and working in the French Alps! Two subsequent moves brought us to our home in Niskayuna, New York 8 years ago. I love the the natural and cultural landscapes around the Capital Region, and this is reflected in my drone images.

Although I grew up in Chester County, Pennsylvania, I've searched, bought, sold, and found homes in North Carolina, England, Texas, France, Poughquag, NY and Niskayuna, NY. The moves have given me the personal experience of viewing real estate through the lens of buyers and sellers.

I currently enjoy serving on the Board of ECOS, a Schenectady environmental non-profit that is celebrating its 50th anniversary of connecting people with the outdoors. I started my small business after my daughter headed off to college and love the artistry, the surprising perspectives, and the practical applications of aerial imagery. With Aerial Land Services I fly a FAA registered drone with a commercial license meeting all Section 107 Guidelines.
